End-to-end AI analysis that sees the business, not just the numbers
Bi Digital analyses your ad accounts, social media and funnels against brand strategy, product margin, seasonality and external market factors — and returns a step-by-step action plan.
During the MVP stage access is granted manually after we review your request
- Ad accounts
- Social media and content
- Sales funnels
- CSV / Excel exports
Anomaly, week 3. Revenue down 41% while CTR held steady — coinciding with seasonal discounts launched by three competitors in the niche.
- 01Move 32% of budget from the Broad ad set to LAL 3% — purchasers
- 02Pause 4 creatives where CPA exceeds product margin
- 03Add a response to competitor discounts into the two-week content plan
Metrics in a vacuum do not grow revenue
An ad account shows what happened. It does not explain why — or what to do next. Decisions appear where numbers meet brand strategy, product margin and the state of the market.
- CTR, CPC and impressions with no link to actual sales
- No context of product margin or cost of goods
- Ignores season, region and competitor moves
- Default conclusion: “keep testing”
- Every metric is mapped to the brand's strategic goals
- Decisions are calculated from product margin, not from abstract CPA
- Seasonality, region, weather and economy sit inside the model
- The output is a prioritised, step-by-step action plan
If even one of these is you, the analysis was needed yesterday
These are the four situations business owners and marketers bring to us most often.
Sales dropped and nobody can explain why
The dashboards are green, the reports look fine, and revenue has been falling for three months.
High CTR, plenty of leads — an empty till
Wrong traffic, wrong offer — or the funnel is losing people exactly where you are not looking.
Generic AI gives generic advice
“Test more creatives, optimise your audiences” is not a decision for your business.
An agency audit is expensive and slow
Weeks of waiting and a budget you could have spent on the ads themselves.
Six directions of analysis in a single report
Each block is analysed together with the rest — that is where the non-obvious conclusions come from.
Brand strategy
We check whether your ads and content actually serve the brand's goals rather than themselves.
Ad accounts
Campaigns, ad sets, budgets and bids: where the money leaks and what truly performs.
Creatives
Which messages and formats bring sales, and which only collect impressions.
Social media and content
Whether content leads to a purchase — or just accumulates reach and likes.
External factors
Seasonality, region, weather and the economy, mapped onto your own numbers.
Niche benchmarks
We compare you with other players in the market and look for anomalies behind the drops.

This is not “one more ChatGPT” in a nice wrapper
The Bi Digital algorithm is built on 10+ years of hands-on marketing practice and 50+ delivered projects. It relies not on numbers alone but on brand strategy, margin, funnel logic and external market factors — which is why the conclusions are actionable rather than abstract.
- No hallucinated generic advice
- A methodology, not a prompt
- Conclusions tied to your P&L
What exactly you get at the end
A structured report with conclusions, detected anomalies and a prioritised action plan.
62% of budget goes to audiences that deliver only 18% of revenue — and 0% of repeat purchases.
Instagram content drives reach but never moves people to the “choose a product” step of the funnel.
Week 3: revenue down 41% while CTR held steady. The cause sits outside the ad account — competitors' seasonal discounts.
Analysis complete. Your report for period 01–30 is ready.
First step this week: pause the 4 unprofitable creatives. Remind you on Monday?
Every report is stored in your personal account, with the history of periods and uploaded data.
The questions that come up most often
How safe is my data?
Uploaded files go into a separate, protected folder for your project on our server. Only you and the analyst working on the project have access. Data is never passed to third parties or used to train external models.
Which file formats can I upload?
Screenshots in JPG and PNG, PDF documents, and CSV, XLS and XLSX spreadsheets. The maximum size of a single file is 25 MB.
Do you need access to my ad accounts?
No. During the MVP stage screenshots and exports are enough. Direct API connections are on the product roadmap.
How long does the analysis take?
It depends on the volume of data and the number of ad accounts. We give you an estimated turnaround as soon as you have filled the brief and uploaded your data.
How much does it cost?
During the MVP stage pricing is calculated individually for the scope of the project, after we review your request. Packaged plans for businesses, agencies and specialists will follow later.
I am a marketer or an agency — is this for me?
Yes. Bi Digital is used to audit client projects quickly and to strengthen your own analytical reporting in front of clients.
